Dragon LNG is a joint venture company of BG-Group and Petronas, developing a 6 MTPA LNG terminal at Milford Haven in Wales.
Description of services
Energy and Power has undertaken three separate scopes of work.
The first covered a study of the different types of LNG vaporisers to support the EIA which was based on the use of submerged combustion vaporisers. The concern was limiting nitrate discharge into Milford Haven Harbour.
The second covered owner’s engineer representation in the EPC contractor’s office.
The third covers the award of the site engineering contract during the latter stages of construction and pre-commissioning with the assignment of a multi-discipline engineering team to site with specialist support from Energy and Power’s offices in London and South Wales (Baglan).
