David Ryan: Managing Director:

David is co-founder of Energy and Power, and is a Chartered Electrical Engineer with power engineering specialism. His twenty plus years experience as an engineering designer and manager of for oil, gas and power projects were instrumental in the early development of Energy and Power into a respected and broad-based energy sector consultancy. David retains a group responsibility as Finance Director, whilst working with Peter Streets in the strategic development of services complementing existing areas of expertise and growing into adjacent business sectors. 

Peter Streets: Business Development Director:

 Peter is a founding principal of Energy and Power. A Chartered Marine Engineer by profession, Peter has managed oil and gas projects worldwide for oil companies, consultancies and contractors. Since 2000, Peter has utilised that experience in growing Energy and Power into a thriving multi-disciplined engineering and business consultancy in the energy sector – during which time it achieved the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Peter’s main focus is now on further strategic development of the Group to build on its existing stability and skills.

Steve Gill: Operations Director:

 Steve is a Chartered Structural Engineer with more than twenty-five years experience in the oil and gas industry, both onshore and offshore. He has managed major projects and delivered engineering solutions to blue-chip energy companies, as well as contractors and engineering consultancies. Steve brings a wealth of offshore and subsea expertise to Energy and Power.

Matthew Holland: Operations Director:

Mathew is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over twenty-five years consultancy experience both in the UK and overseas. His experience encompasses work in the oil and gas industry as well as periods with major international consultancies in the wider, built environment. In both sectors he has been designer as well as project and safety manager. Matthew’s predominant focus is on the operational systems underpinning the company’s business and in developing services to the renewable and sustainable energy.

Brendan Bowler: Director:

Brendan has thirty years operational experience and has been an Offshore Installation Manager, planning and overseeing offshore operations, production and maintenance. As well as providing his detailed operational knowledge during the development of offshore projects, Brendan now takes board-level responsibility for business development, particularly in markets outside the UK.

John Higgins: Director:

John has over twenty years experience in project finance and corporate banking in the City of London. John now specialises in financing project and company development, and leads venture capital investments in new technology products and services. John’s financial expertise is invaluable in the continuing secure development of Energy and Power and in carrying its own intellectual property development to commercial fruition.
